I’m a qualified counsellor based in Marylebone, supporting people with a wide range of challenges. My approach is integrative, meaning I use a variety of therapeutic methods tailored to each client’s needs.

In my private practice, I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, bereavement, and life transitions. I’ve also supported people facing drug and alcohol dependency, domestic violence, and work-related challenges.

My past experience includes working with people with drug and alcohol misuse issues at NHS Drug and Alcohol Treatment Consortium in Southwest London as well as schools supporting children and parents. Additionally, I have volunteered with CRUSE Bereavement Care, helping people through their grief journeys.

I am accredited member of BACP (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy) whereby I am bound by its Ethical Framework for Good Practice in Counselling and Psychotherapy and subject to their Professional Conduct Procedure. I am committed to ongoing professional development, and my work is fully insured. I also hold an enhanced DBS certificate.
